Ved Vyas Temple
Ved Vyas Temple is one of western Odisha's popular spiritual sites, located at the picturesque confluence of the Sankh and Koel rivers, from where the Brahmani River originates. According to legend, Maharishi Ved Vyasa meditated here and composed parts of the Mahabharata and the Vedas, giving the place its spiritual significance. The temple complex houses shrines dedicated to Ved Vyasa, Lord Shiva, and other deities, while the tranquil riverside setting and natural beauty make it a cherished destination for pilgrims, history enthusiasts, and nature lovers alike.
